Summit Deck & Fence is a Seattle builder focused on composite decks and fences, working with homeowners across King County.
What we do
A focused kind of contractor
We don't remodel kitchens or pour driveways. We build the outdoor structures that make a house easier to live in: decks, stairs and railings, and fences and gates. Composite decking is our main specialty because it suits this climate so well, but we build in wood and metal too when those are the better fit.
Keeping the focus narrow is deliberate. The same people think about your ledger flashing, your stair layout and the latch on your gate, and we get to know a small set of materials really well: how each board behaves, which railing hardware holds up in wet weather and which details cause trouble down the line.

Materials stacked neatly, scraps cleared daily, and lawns and planting protected where we can. It's your home, not our yard.

What we believe
Building for the Northwest, not a catalog
A deck that would be fine in a dry climate can struggle here. We think the details you can't see matter most: flashing at the house, protected joists, posts that drain, and space for air to move under the boards. We would rather spend an extra hour on those details than come back later to fix what was rushed.
We also believe a good outdoor space should be easy to own. That's why we lead with low-maintenance materials and explain the upkeep of every option honestly.
Who we build for
Mostly homeowners: families who want a safe place for kids to play outside, couples replacing a deck that has become a chore, and people who finally want to use the view they bought the house for. Whether the job is a few fence panels or a full multi-level deck, it gets the same care and the same straight talk.
